Is 3lanser Free really free?
Yes. 3lanser Free gives you a professional profile and PDF CV, your work status, the 3lanse Compliant check, up to 5 stored documents and the jobs board. You can apply to jobs, reply to 3seekers and accept interview invitations, with no time limit and no card needed.
What do I get with 3lanser Plus?
Plus adds networking (connections, messaging, group chats and posting on the Hub), clients, projects, a work log and mileage. It also adds the 3lanse PQQ (prequalification questionnaire), reviewed by a 3lanse reviewer with written feedback. If it is accepted you show the gold PQQ Compliant badge and are listed first when businesses search your discipline. Plus also adds personalised invoices, pro formas, credit notes and statements with your logo, and unlimited document storage with renewal flags.
Does paying for Plus guarantee the PQQ Compliant badge?
No. Plus pays for the review. The badge is awarded only when your questionnaire and evidence meet the defined requirements. If something is missing, your reviewer tells you what to change so you can resubmit.
What is in 3lanser Pro?
Pro includes everything in Plus and adds Aidmin, your AI admin assistant, and intelligent job matching. The specialist toolkit for your discipline (project, site, health and safety, temporary works and quantity surveying tools) and branded auto reporting are coming soon, and are included when they launch.

3seeker Free costs nothing: set up your company profile and see the jobs board and the Hub. 3seeker Plus is £9 a month, with a 14-day free trial and no card needed: post unlimited jobs, search 3lansers, see full profiles with contact details, message them and send interview invitations. 3seeker Pro is £49 a month and adds Aidmin for recruitment. There are never finder's fees or a margin on day rates.
Do you take a cut of day rates or charge finder's fees?
No. 3lanse is funded by memberships. Businesses and 3lansers agree their own terms directly, and 3lanse takes nothing from the rate or the engagement.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes. You can move between plans and cancel a paid plan at any time. Your profile and records stay on your account. Prices are shown per month, with VAT added where applicable.
