What can Aidmin do for me?

Aidmin is the AI admin assistant included with 3lanser Pro. Ask in plain English and it can prepare a draft invoice, log days and mileage against a project, show unpaid and overdue invoices and who you can invoice next, find jobs that suit you, check your applications and interview invitations, and list documents due for renewal. How does freelancer invoicing work on 3lanse?

On 3lanser Plus you keep your clients and projects on file, log the days you work and the miles you travel, then add them to an invoice in a tap. Invoices, pro formas, credit notes and statements use your saved logo, bank details, VAT number and payment terms, download as A4 PDFs and can be emailed to your client from 3lanse.

Can I create VAT and reverse charge invoices?

Yes. If you are VAT registered you can add your VAT number and apply standard or reduced rates, or the construction domestic reverse charge, with the required wording added for you. Check the right treatment for each contract with your accountant.

Can I use my existing CV to set up my profile?

Yes. Upload a PDF or Word CV and 3lanse reads it with AI to pre-fill your roles, dates, project values, accreditations and skills. You check everything before it is saved, and your profile then doubles as a digital CV you can download at any time.

What is the 3lanse PQQ?

A PQQ is a prequalification questionnaire. The 3lanse PQQ covers your business, insurance, health and safety, experience and references, and standard declarations. You complete it once, a 3lanse reviewer assesses it and gives feedback, and when it is accepted your profile shows PQQ Compliant. It is a 3lanse review, not a third-party accreditation, and some hirers will still have their own onboarding steps.

Is the IR35 checker an HMRC determination?

No. The IR35 checker walks you through the areas that matter for an engagement, highlights risks and gives you a dated record to keep. It is guidance to help you understand your position, not an HMRC determination, a status determination statement or professional advice. Where the off-payroll rules apply, the client is usually responsible for the status determination.

Does 3lanse take a commission on my day rate?

No. You agree your rate directly with your client and keep all of it. 3lanse is funded by memberships, not commission or finder's fees.
