How do I find and hire a freelancer on 3lanse?

Create a free company account and start a 14-day 3seeker Plus trial. Search by discipline and town or postcode, or post a job or Need Someone request. Profiles show availability, day rate, experience, qualifications and PQQ status, and you can message, shortlist and invite people to interview directly.

What does it cost to recruit?

3seeker Free gives you a company page. 3seeker Plus is £9 a month and covers posting jobs and Need Someone requests, searching and messaging 3lansers, applications, shortlisting and interviews. 3seeker Pro is £49 a month and adds Aidmin for recruitment. VAT is added where applicable. There are no finder's fees, placement fees or commission on day rates.

What can Aidmin do for recruiters and hirers?

On 3seeker Pro, tell Aidmin who you need, for example "site managers with SMSTS available next month near Leeds". It searches 3lanser profiles and suggests the best matches with the reasons, summarises applicants on your jobs and your interview pipeline, and prepares interview invitations for you to confirm. It never shares contact details and never sends anything without your approval.

Are 3lansers prequalified?

3lansers whose PQQ (prequalification questionnaire) has been reviewed and accepted by 3lanse show a PQQ Compliant badge and appear first in search results. Others may still be completing it, and their profile shows which checks they have met. It is a 3lanse review, not a third-party accreditation.

Who do I contract with?

You contract directly with the freelancer, usually their limited company or sole trader business, on terms you agree. 3lanse is not a party to the engagement and does not supply personnel under agency contracts.

Who handles IR35 and right-to-work checks?

The engaging business remains responsible for its own checks and, where the off-payroll rules apply, for making a status determination for each engagement. 3lanse profiles and PQQ records help you gather information, but they do not make those decisions for you.

Can I receive and reconcile freelancer invoices on 3lanse?

Not yet. Invoice reconciliation, agreed uplifts and client billing are being built for 3seeker Pro, so a freelancer's 3lanse invoice can be checked against your records and turned into client billing. We will announce it when it is available.
